A Big Day for Books!: The 2009 Youth Media Awards

Take a look at all of the winners at ala.org. For those interested in multicultural books check out the Coretta Scott King Award Winner about the story of Negro League Baseball, the Coretta Scott King Illustrator Award, the Pura Belpre Author Award and the Schneider Family Book Award. Kudos again to Sherman Alexie! Recorded Books recording of The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian received the Odyssey Award for the best-recorded book.
